The Noguchi Museum Shop accepts returns on most items in their original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited edition items, furniture, and custom orders are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage the item in its original museum-grade packaging to ensure it is protected during transit, including all documentation and certificates.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the package back to our designated fulfillment center.
Receive Your Refund
Once our specialists inspect the item and confirm its condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
