Due to the artisanal nature of our handcrafted Akari lamps, standard processing takes 3-5 business days. Shipping times vary by destination, typically arriving within 7-10 business days for domestic orders.
Do you ship your furniture and lighting internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. International rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and the destination country. Please note that duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
What is your return policy for home decor and lighting?
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unassembled condition and packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
How can I verify the authenticity of a Noguchi product?
All authentic Akari Light Sculptures sold through our store feature a signature stamped logo on the bottom of the lamp or the edge of the shade, ensuring it is a genuine design produced by the Ozeki workshop in Gifu, Japan.
Are the Akari lamps compatible with international electrical standards?
Our standard stock is wired for 120V (North American standards). For international customers, we recommend consulting a local electrician to ensure compatibility or using a voltage converter and appropriate plug adapter.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
